Success Stories:

Homeowner's Association Board deadlocked over how to prioritize
issues and expenditures. Facilitation resulted in a community survey,
a long range plan, and mediation for community problem solving.

Neighbors preparing to sue each other over damage done to one
owner's home by a construction project of the adjacent neighbor.
At conclusion of mediation, both agreed to amount of damages
and established a working relationship to solve additional
issues over property lines, fences, access, and barking dogs.

sort out how to split the household, including the dogs, distribute the
proceeds of the home sale, and residence until the divorce became final.
At conclusion, the couple were able to jointly file for divorce without a lawyer,
were happy with their ability to communicate and solve problems together,
and successfully took up separate lives without lingering animosity.
